Last month, Samsung acknowledged reports that the Galaxy S26 Ultra display can have a red tint under certain conditions and promised a fix for it – the company blamed it on a software issue, not a hardware one.
Said fix is coming by the end of the month, according to Samsung’s customer support team in Korea.
One user on the Samsung Community forum posted a screenshot of a conversation with support, which claims that the fix is currently being evaluated by the verification department.
