PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th Aug, 2026) District police officer Charsadda (DPO) Rifatullah Khan on Saturday made a surprise visit to the police facilitation center, where he conducted a detailed review of complaints lodged by citizens at the complaint cell and police action taken in response to them.

He personally telephoned several citizens to obtain direct feedback regarding the action taken by the police on their complaints, resolution of their issues, and the conduct of police personnel.

He also met with complainants visiting the center, listened to their concerns, and directed the relevant officers to resolve citizens' complaints on the spot and strictly on merit.
