According to a Punjab Police spokesperson, the arrested proclaimed offenders included around 29,000 A-category and more than 87,000 B-category offenders.
The spokesperson said police teams had also arrested 35,546 court absconders, including 5,254 A-category and 30,292 B-category offenders, during the crackdown. In addition, 12,865 habitual criminals were arrested, comprising 4,406 A-category and 8,459 B-category offenders.
