LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Sep, 2026) Journalist Muneeb Farooq said Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi told Allama Nasir Abbas during a meeting that Imran Khan’s release was “out of question.” In his vlog, he said Mohsin Naqvi stated that Imran Khan’s release had never been part of the long march’s agenda.

He said they had offered the best possible option, meetings between Imran Khan and his sisters had begun, and a meeting between Bushra Bibi and his family was also taking place. The issue of Imran Khan’s treatment at a hospital was also expected to be resolved.
