LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Sep, 2026) As many as 12,064 candidates will appear in the Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) 2026 in Lahore on Sunday, September 20, with comprehensive arrangements finalised at six examination centres across the provincial capital.

Examination centres for female candidates have been established at COMSATS Raiwind Road, Punjab University campuses, Lahore College for Women University and education University Township, while centres for male candidates have been set up at Lawrence Road and DPS Model Town.

All necessary facilities have been arranged at the six centres, including security, standby generators, drinking water, waiting areas, parking and cleanliness arrangements. The transfer of examination material to the centres will be carried out under the supervision of the Elite Force and Assistant Commissioners to ensure its safe and secure movement.

Rescue 1122 and Health Department medical camps will remain available at all examination centres to deal with any emergency situation. NADRA teams will also be deployed at the centres to facilitate verification of candidates’ identities.

The traffic police have finalised a special traffic and parking plan to ensure smooth movement of candidates and their parents around the examination centres. Special shaded waiting areas equipped with fans and lighting have also been arranged for parents accompanying the candidates.
